Multiskilling Training for Rural youth 

With the spread of technological applications in farm & non-farm sector's the need for skilled competent technicians has been increasingly , felt especially in rural areas.

The lack of trained manpower results in a village seeking services of skilled personnel from nearby towns, which an either not available when needed, or is unaffordable. To address these inadequacies an initiative to, impart training in multiskilling has been conceived by CRISP.
CRISP designs, develops and conduct need based multiskilled, modular training courses for rural youth. The success of this program it has been replicated at other places.
