Our design section has sophisticated design software such as AutoCAD 2000, I-DEAS, CAD / CAM, EMCO DRAFT and hardware from Silicon Graphics Workstations ; CATIA V5 R10 for modelling and MSC NASTRAN and PATRAN software for analysis

Services:

We have provided quality services to various industries in the state which include reputed firm like VA-Tech Hydro Mandideep, CAT Indore, C.G. Mandideep, WHP Mandideep, Gajra Gears Dewas, BHEL Bhopal, MGM Industries and supporting other small industries from Govindpura Industrial Estate. We have developed bending device component for VA-Tech Mandideep which replaced the import substitute.

Manufacture jigs, fixtures, gauges, press tools, forging dies, pressure casting dies and other tooling for small scale and other industries. Advance tool making process using CAD/CAM techniques are to be adopted.

Provides industrial training facility in tool manufacturing and tool design to generate a work force of skilled workers, supervisors, engineers/designers etc.

Works as a Nucleus Centre for providing Consultancy, Information services, documentation etc. for solving the problems related to tooling of industries in the region.

Acts as a common facility Centre for small-scale industries and to assist them in product and prototype development
